Tools Holder for Press Brake "Super-Genius"

There have been various worries of press brake operators.

It is troublesome to use individual tools for each machine !
It is wasteful to have special machines for heavy tools only !
It is very dangerous to install heavy tools in and out from the front of the machine only !

here are no worries of this kind any more. Our New Tool Holder, Super-Genius, has solved such problems.

1.Can be fittingly used for a variety of tools having different shaped mounting shanks:

A tool having a safety groove and a sloped portion at its mounting shank (Amada’s one-touch type);
A tool having a safety groove at its mounting shank (safety groove type); and
A tool having no safety groove (flat-surfaced type)

2.Advantages

Either of the front and rear clamps can be readily removed in case a workpiece to be bent should get into contact with it.
Tools can be installed in and out not only sidewise of the machine but also from the front thereof. However, tools can be so arranged as to be installed from the sidewise only for the sake of safety of operators.

You can avoid wasteful investment, since there is no necessity of having an extra machine (press brake) for exclusive use with heavy tools or having a tool suitable for each mounting shank of tool holders for each machine.
You can reduce your machines in operation in number to promote lean operation for rationalization, since Super-Genius can be fittingly used for a variety of tools including those which have been used only on special machines.
