Professional Career before the Establishment of the Company

Eisuke Aoki

Worked for a major company manufacturing industrial machines for 30 years. During such period, resided in the U.S. for 16 and a half years, and was in control of accounting, finance, personnel, sales management, inventory control, management information systems, etc. as an officer responsible for management departments. In 1982 during the service in the U.S., established and operated a captive leasing company with a view of further enlarging sales and increasing profits in response to the economy activation policy by President Reagan, and greatly contributed toward increasing sales. Thereafter, however, a large amount of delinquent accounts because of the “balloon payment system” in which payment is initially hardly due but is swelled like a balloon with the lapse of time or the “no-payment-for-the-first-six-months system”, both of which were adopted for marginal customers in credit when the U.S. economy was sluggish in the late 1980s. Thus, visited customers throughout the U.S. for collection and negotiation of the payment since a large amount of delinquency in account receivable.

Came back to Japan after having solved the problems of the delinquent accounts in the U.S. During the period of 11 years before the resignation, established sales financing systems in subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia based on the experience in the U.S., guided operational management and system management, and controlled export management and establishment of export and production management system in the headquarters.
